Mission Statement
The Black Card Circle Foundation (BCCF) strives to raise awareness for IRS recognized not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that promote self-reliance and sustainability. BCCF unites volunteers and hosts charity events with strategic partners like the Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt Regency, Tiffany & Co., Microsoft, and many other socially conscious organizations. BCCF raises awareness for non-profit organizations that serve one of the following 5 core areas: Education Environment Health Care Community Development Poverty Relief Black Card Circle Foundation Background The Black Card Circle Foundation (BCCF) believes that society, as a whole, rises when those who have been marginalized are given the opportunity to thrive. Humankind benefits when each person fulfills his or her potential and contributes to his or her fullest capabilities. BCCF serves as a clearinghouse for other not-for-profit organizations, by verifiying other non-profit organizations and raising awareness of these organizations through creative campaigns and awareness raising networking events. BCCF develops strategic partnerships with organizations locally and around the world to create ongoing, sustainable change. Lotay Yang
Founder and Chairman Lotay Yang brings over 15 years of professional experience at Fortune 500 Financial Institutions. Mr. Yang has served at a Vice President level or higher at several firms including Boston based Fidelity Investments and Chicago based Northern Trust. In addition to serving as a Founder and Chairman of the Black Card Circle Foundation, Mr. Yang also volunteers his personal time as the elected President of New Horizons Foundation. New Horizons empowers the developmentally disabled by providing assisted living, educational workshops, and occupational services. New Horizons receives over $12 million a year in government funding and recently celebrated it's 50th Anniversay in the community. Mr. Yang earned a double Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he remains active as a Chancellor's Associate and member of the Anderson School of Management's Dean's Society. He also earned the California state Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation and studied law at Loyola Law School. descent, Mr. Gerard's business accomplishments, unwavering support
to the Filipino community, and numerous awards have earned him these
respectable distinctions: Mr. Gerard's CPA firm serves a wide variety of individuals and businesses, including Hollywood entertainers, movie producers, and screen writers. Mr. Gerard has been featured in various publications, newspapers, special events, radio and TV news coverage. Celebrations believes that giving back to the communities should be a
high priority. As a result, we look forward to supporting 501c-3 and/or
community visionary organizations that build/strengthen relationships
between artists of Asian and American descent - along with providing needs
common to these communities within these communities to build/strengthened
the relationships between them like what Lotay Yang has done in the past
